A penalty in each half was converted by Dondol Stars in their ABC Motesepe league match played at the Greek Sporting Club on Saturday afternoon.

Aces have all but forgotten this season and are using the remaining games at assessing players especially the youth.

For Dondol Stars, a good win that moves them up to 6th just 7 points behind leaders Maccabi FC. The record will show that this is Aces 9th loss and third in four games.

Stars went ahead in the 20th minute through Duncan who converted a soft penalty. Midway through the 2nd half the same combination (Duncan / penalty) resulted in Stars going 2-nil up.

Aces Team Sheet

Mbiyozo (GK), Hlungwane, Mahoa, Mothogwane, Cross, Rukato, Mathopam Tefo, Pienaar, Mngomezulu, Williams Bench Appolonatos, Khwela, Morojele, Metsi, Sampson, Peters, Hadebe.
